I chose this hotel for attending a trade show and it provided the ideal location for both business and leisure travelers. The amenities offered, such as the business center and 24-hour front desk, were convenient and well-maintained.

One service that I missed for my work was the lack of room service. It would have been helpful to have the option for in-room dining during my stay.

It offered us unbeatable location close to a train station. Our deluxe room was newly remodelled, with a good bed.

The apartment was absolutely amazing, with a spacious bedroom, bathroom, and living space. The bed was super comfy, and the basic cooking facilities were handy. The sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining table and chairs were perfect for chilling out. The location was decent, about an hour away from the city by public transport, but there's a restaurant next door and a Coles shop just a 10-minute walk away. Although there weren't many amenities in the immediate area, the staff were really approachable and helpful upon arrival. The room was spotlessly clean, and it was easy to find the location. The car park was available for $20 a night, which I didn't mind. The restaurant underneath the hotel was a great convenience. It was also close to everything, including Westfields and the airport. The flatscreen Smart TV was a nice touch. The shower was amazing, and I have to give a shoutout to the staff member who helped us with our cases when we left. The accommodation was spacious and fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities, making it a very comfortable place to stay. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Even though the train services were being upgraded, getting around was easy with a combination of buses and trains. We were even able to catch the Olympic park stadium bus for the NRL grand final, which was jaw-dropping.

Cannot fault the hotel. The food at the resturant was outstanding as well.

Staff were excellent - responsive, efficient and very helpful. Location near the national park a plus. Room was very clean, roomy and very quiet. A good number of options for dining locally despite being outside Sydney centre. Plenty of free parking and the outdoor spa worked a treat. Certainly represents good value for money.

Outdoor pool was not heated as advertised.

Everything was perfect, so were particularly nice views of the adjacent national park. It was in an absolutely perfect location, close to a train station. There were shopping centers and a supermarket around the hotel. The property had a fantastic restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Liked our nicely furnished rooms, plus the staff was very amiable! The location was comfy and absolutely perfect, not too far away from Blenheim Park. A mall and a supermarket were right next door. It had a pizza restaurant for lunch and dinner.

We greatly enjoyed this cheap hotel. It had amazing food, exceptionally polite staff. Convenient location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. There was a pizza restaurant nearby.

The kitchenette did not have a stove, which was inconvenient for those who prefer to cook their own meals. Some amenities were not available after a certain time, such as the spa pool.

Good facilities, close to the train station. Nice, very affordable restaurant next door (did not try the restaurant in the hotel, except for breakfast, which was fine).

The kitchenette (in a studio) is a bit limited, but sufficient to make tea coffee and toast in the morning, and reheating a ready-made meal in the microwave.

The facilities at this place were great and everything was satisfactory, including the parking provided; the location is convenient and close to North Ryde; we would definitely book here again.
